Can we determine together what we want to track and work together to implement?

• Arun suggested he might show us how to do some of what he’s done for support - is that still possible? Does everyone need that help?

  • All domains are set up with GTA; Microsoft Clarity is another tool to track and monitor; we need to individually tag what we want to track

Listing the things we need to be thinking of to prepare for the new awardee’s web presence

Many acronyms and terms are unfamiliar to new people. Helper text for menus might be a way to help people navigate website better. Megamenus might be a solution, maybe just for secondary menus?

Support is exploring options for a glossary. Could that be useful on others websites?

ACCESS menu (hamburger) wasn’t explored by people who were given the task to look for a training. Likely they are missing other items in the menu.

Most students reported that they didn’t understand how they fit into ACCESS. Can we be better about talking to students?
